RELIABILITY MEANS ALSO COMPLYING WITH STANDARDS

Goglia Tours believes that the quality of services, and the guarantees for its customers, go hand in hand with compliance with the regulations in force in the field of passenger transport by road.

Riportiamo quindi stralci delle disposizioni previste dal regolamento CE 561/2006 per quanto concerne i tempi di guida e di riposo, e del D.Lgs. n. 234/2007 per quanto attiene
at working hours.

DRIVING TIME

Driving time is the time a person spends driving a vehicle. The daily driving period
is the sum of the times that the driver actually spends driving the vehicle even if outside the EU
in 24 hours. Within 24 hours a driver must not exceed 9 hours of driving, which can be increased to 10 twice a week. By week we mean the period from 00:00 on Monday to 24:00 on Sunday even if within a week the driver can articulate the activity at any time
(example from 00 : 00 on Tuesday until 24:00 on the following Monday). In the arc of a week, ie 6 driving periods, it must not exceed 56 driving hours.

DAILY DRIVING TIMES

A driver can drive up to a maximum of 9 hours a day, which can be extended to 10 hours a day of driving twice
a week.

DAILY COMMITMENT

The maximum daily working commitment is 13 hours, or alternatively exceptionally 15 hours no more than two times a week. In the event that the service is extended beyond 15 hours, the driver must rest for at least 9 hours without interruption in order to avoid penalties, in order to have a new period of daily availability.

INTERRUPTIONS AND STOPS DURING THE JOURNEY

The driving activity cannot be continuous but adequate rest periods must be provided. You can never exceed 4 and a half hours of consecutive driving. After this time the driver will have to observe 45 minutes of rest. This break can be consecutive or broken by a break of 15 minutes
plus 30 minutes spread over 4 and a half hours of driving (eg: 3 hours of driving 15 minutes rest 1 hour and a half of driving
30 minutes of driving rest). During the interruption the driver cannot perform any work duties.

DAILY REST

The regular rest period foresees 11 consecutive hours or divided into two periods of 9 hours plus 3 hours (1 hour
bonus) The regular rest period can be interrupted for work needs at most twice for a
maximum time of 1 hour. The reduced rest period provides for the reduction of the rest to 9 hours allowed three times in a week, ie between two weekly rests. However, the fewer hours must be made up for within the second week following. The reduced rest period can never be interrupted.

EMPLOYMENT OF A SECOND DRIVER

If two drivers are employed who take turns driving, every 30 hours both must have a daily rest period of 9 uninterrupted hours, therefore 2 drivers can stay engaged for a maximum of
21 consecutive hours.

The aforementioned hours of commitment and driving mean from departure to arrival at the carrier's depot
